After years of whispers and weekend commutes, Fox News stars Sean Hannity, 62, and Ainsley Earhardt, 48, are engaged! Hannity popped the question over Christmas week at his home church in Florida, a gesture that reflected the couple’s shared faith and deep connection.
The church, which had played a significant role in their bond, was described by the couple as the “perfect place” to mark this milestone. Following the proposal, they met with their minister to celebrate the joyous occasion.

The couple shared that their children were not only supportive of their engagement but “couldn’t be happier” for them.
Hannity, who has two children, Patrick and Merri, from his previous marriage to Jill Rhodes, and Earhardt, who shares a daughter, Hayden, with her ex-husband Will Proctor, emphasized the importance of family unity in their lives.
They noted that they informed their former partners about their plans beforehand, ensuring harmony within their blended families. “We actually made them aware this was happening ahead of time,” the couple said, expressing gratitude for the ongoing support from all sides.
Hannity and Earhardt’s romance reportedly began years ago, though they went to great lengths to keep it private.
Despite working for the same network and living in different states — Hannity in Florida and Earhardt in New York — they managed to sustain their relationship with weekend trips. Earhardt would often visit Hannity in Florida, where the two spent quiet time away from the public eye.

A source familiar with the couple revealed, “He’s very private because he’s very famous and he’s very controversial. But it’s been an open secret that they have been seeing each other.”

Both Hannity and Earhardt have spoken candidly about their past relationships and the journeys that brought them to where they are now. Hannity’s marriage to Jill Rhodes ended amicably after over 20 years, while Earhardt navigated two divorces.
Reflecting on her experiences, Earhardt once expressed her hope to find love again. “I would love to find love again, and I want to demonstrate a loving relationship for Hayden one day,” she admitted in 2020.
